DUI Evaluations
A court-ordered DUI evaluation is a mandatory assessment that individuals convicted of a DUI must complete. It's designed to assess the individual's alcohol or drug use, determine the severity of any potential substance abuse problem, and recommend appropriate treatment or education. The evaluation helps the court, and the individual, understand the extent of the problem and take steps toward rehabilitation and preventing future incidents.
